We do real custom work upfront — no templates — so the 12 months is how we recover that build cost. We're not making it up.
What if I want out before 12 months?
Honestly — we'd rather you stayed, but we won't hold you hostage. Talk to us. We've never had to enforce the contract on someone genuinely unhappy.
Can I switch plans later?
Yep, up or down, at any time. We just adjust the monthly fee from your next billing cycle.
Do I really own the code at 24 months?
Yes — we transfer the codebase to you outright. Host it where you like. Hire another developer. The whole site comes with you.
What about my domain and content?
Your domain and content are yours from day one. They never belong to us. If you cancel, we don't hold anything hostage.
Is GST included in the prices?
No — every price on this page is + GST per month. Tax invoices issued monthly.
How do payments work?
Direct debit from your bank account or card on the 1st of each month. We send an invoice the day before.
