How fast will you actually reply?
Within one business day, usually within a few hours. If we're slammed, you'll get a quick acknowledgement that day and a proper reply within 24 hours.
Can I call you instead?
Not yet — we're email-only for now while we keep the team small. It also means you get answers in writing, which is handy when comparing options.
What if you can't help me?
We'll tell you straight. If we're not the right fit (too big, too niche, wrong stack) we'll usually point you at someone who is.
Do you share my email or details?
Never. Your message goes to one inbox we monitor. No CRM tracking, no mailing list, no third-party sharing.
Will you follow up if I don't reply?
