A typical custom five-page website is $3,600 + GST. You can spread that same fixed total over 24 months at $150 + GST a month, or 36 months at $100 + GST a month. More complex sites are quoted clearly before you approve anything.

We're not promising to be the cheapest. The difference is cash flow and clarity: you see the direction first, agree one fixed total, pay nothing until the approved site goes live, and then pay that total down monthly without interest or a balloon payment.

No. The build has a fixed total and a final payment date. Once the final build payment is made, the website files are yours. Ongoing hosting and care are separate and optional after that.

Yes. You can pay the remaining build balance and take the website files with you. There is no invented exit fee; the payout is simply the unpaid part of the agreed build price, plus any outstanding approved work.

The standard options are 24 or 36 months. If your project needs a different schedule, ask before signing and we will put any agreed variation in the written proposal.

Payments are processed by card or direct debit through Stripe. Your first payment is due when the approved website goes live, then monthly on the agreed schedule. Tax invoices show the amount and remaining term.

Yep, no problem. The example website already includes copy drafted for its five core pages. Photography can be arranged from $400, and an extra copy pack for up to five additional service or location pages is $495 + GST. Other work is quoted separately.

Enough so we know your business. A 30-min chat plus maybe an hour of feedback during the build. We do the heavy lifting — research, design, copy drafts, the lot.

We handle small everyday updates while you are paying off the build — things like prices, phone numbers, photo swaps and contact details. Bigger rewrites, whole new pages, restructures or new functionality are quoted at $100/hr + GST before we start.

Minor updates are included. Brand-new pages, restructures and significant additions are quoted at $100/hr + GST so you only pay for real work — we always flag and quote first.

We do. SSL, backups, security updates and performance are included while you are paying off the build. After the final payment, you can keep a smaller hosting and care plan with us or move the files elsewhere.

We don't build self-edit CMS sites — they're slower and more fragile. Instead, you email us and we edit. It's faster for you (we know the site) and keeps the site fast for visitors.

Within one business day, usually within a few hours. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will tell you what is realistically possible.

You own your domain, content and brand from day one. A1 Local owns the website code while the agreed build balance is being paid. After the final build payment — month 24 or 36 on the standard options — the website files are yours.

After the final build payment, yep — we provide the site files and you can host them wherever you like. Before then, the site stays on our hosting unless you pay the remaining build balance early.
